Cleasby truck mounted conveyors are made for heavy duty construction, totally hydraulic and are extremely versatile. Conveyors come equipped with a heavy duty belt, especially suited for moving shingles and other materials to the roof. Belts have 4" high dual cleats and are used by roofers and supply houses to make roof-top deliveries of tiles, shingles, plywood, deck slabs, felt, insulation and sheet rock. The forward and reverse belt functions on all conveyers are fully hydraulic and are equipped with speed control and an emergency STOP. Cleasby Conveyers offer continuous 360 degree rotation and all booms elevate to 70 degrees. Conveyer posts can raise up to 7 1/2' for load clearance and lowers to 2 1/2' for conveyer loading. All conveyers that are 36' and over are equipped with hydraulic stabilizers that give extra support to the delivering truck. Cleasby also offers a removable conveyer option. This option allows MSR to install a conveyer on a new or existing tilt bed truck to create a dual purpose delivery truck for only half the investment.
